We would like to say a huge thank you to Louise Thompson and all her colleagues at the Westerhope branch for their kindness, compassion and support during such a difficult time.
From start to finish, they were incredibly caring, professional and understanding, making everything feel as easy as possible when we were going through such a heartbreaking time. Louise in particular went above and beyond and made us feel truly supported throughout.
We cannot thank the whole team enough for the care and dignity they showed our family. We would highly recommend the Westerhope branch to anyone needing such a compassionate and supportive service.
