The service & support we received as a family from the moment we contacted Bernards and even following the funeral itself, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the moment Emma and her team arrived to collect my Grandad, they were absolutely fantastic. They were smart, kind, reassuring and incredibly helpful at what was an incredibly difficult time for our family.
Throughout the planning of the funeral, Emma took care of so much for us, from arranging the flowers, celebrant and venue, to all the little details that made such a difference. The thoughtful touches, such as providing a beautiful framed photograph of my Grandad, meant so much to us.
Losing someone is emotionally heartbreaking, but it can also be incredibly difficult administratively. Having such an important part of the process looked after so professionally, respectfully and compassionately took a huge weight off our shoulders.
I genuinely couldn't fault Bernard & Son. Emma and the whole team treated my Grandad with such dignity and treated our family with so much kindness throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services.
Thank you so much for everything you did for our family and for giving my Grandad the respectful and beautiful farewell he deserved. ❤️

My husband wished for a Direct Cremation, so his wishes were met by all the team at B Bernard & Sons.
Emma was exceptional in every way from start to finish, she made a very sad task for me into a nice calm time, and i will always remember and thank her for that, she also asked the Driver Martin to go past our home for me which he did and he slowed right down, so i was able to pay my last respects to my Husband.
So a Very Special "Thank You Emma and Martin".
And Thank you all at B Bernard & Sons for your lovely caring ways.
You all made a very bad day into a better one.
