"There are no words to adequately thank Jo and her team at Bayley Brothers Cotterell Street, Hereford for the extraordinary care they showed our family after losing my partner, Bev, who was also a dear brother to my brother-in-law, Paul.
Losing him has been entirely devastating, but Jo brought a profound sense of peace to our deepest heartbreak.
What I will never forget is how incredibly caring and compassionate they were towards my partner, Bev. They treated Bev with the utmost tenderness, dignity, and love, as if they were taking care of their own family. Jo and her team went completely above and beyond, guiding all of us through every difficult decision with a level of gentleness that made us feel safe and supported when our world was falling apart. They are truly special people, and we are forever grateful for the comfort they brought to a broken heart."

My sister and I were arranging a funeral for our much loved Aunt. We have used Bailey Brothers before, so there was no other choice in our eyes. Rowen guided us through this difficult time with compassion. Rowen also rang up to check in to make sure we were both, before and after the funeral. Rowen was lovely and easy to talk to. We would definitely recommend Bailey Brothers.
