Everything was done with care and dignity. Nadia explained in detail of what would happen right through the process.

Bracher brothers dealt with everything in a very compassionate way. I cannot fault “Chris” who went above and beyond his job. Nothing was too much trouble and all our family thank him for that!

I was generally very impressed with the care shown and general efficiency and compassion when organising the cremation of my brother. However when choosing the containers for his ashes it was not made clear that the size of the chosen containers was not enough to contain all his ashes so when I collected them I got a box as well. Better training would enable your team to assess this and point it out as I never thought to ask. Hence the removal of one star.
