The care and attention to detail from Angelika from the first phone conversation to the final arrangements on the day of my brother's funeral was first class. At no point were our changing needs and requirements a problem, particularly taking account of us residing 190 miles away.
We were kept informed throughout, appropriate suggestions offered and a sympathetic ear provided when needed.
