Alot of mistakes. Miscommunicatiom between staff. Random days taken off from staff 'the day of the funeral' so no-one looking after my family memebers day.
Never let us have the full amount of time allowed.
Name was incorrect, location was wrong. Constantly correcting errors through email.
Input was taken from a family member who was not contributing and did not hold power of attorney.
Not professional - I'm writing this so no other people don't go through such a traumatic experience when already grieving.

Maria was very helpful...extremely thorough and full of wisdom.
I'm so glad we chose dignity as a whole for our family's funeral.
The before, during and after care was second to none.
Maria, Sara and nigel were unbelievable so helpful so thorough and so caring at such a hard time for the family it will never be forgotten xx

Would like to thank the girls at G Gibbs funeral directors at the Scott Arms Great Barr. Marie and Sara helped us through a difficult time and was absolutely amazing with arrangements in the funeral of my late father. Thank you for all you did
