Everyone was professional, very kind and empathic. Jules who sat down with us to go through the procedure and finalise decisions was absolutely lovely, compassionate, organised and accommodating of our changes and wishes. Even though the need to be in such a place is desperately sad she made the experience positive and somehow uplifting with me leaving feeling reassured and content about all the arrangements. Going to see my dear father for the last time was also very gentle and comforting in the clothes I’d chosen with items of importance nestled in with him. The celebrant, Rachel who we’d had for my darling mum’s funeral was also superb. The burial was simple, respectful and as requested. An enormous thank you to Jules, Rachel and all the staff involved.

Sympathetically handled mums funeral plans, there was an unexpected change of person dealing with her funeral but apart from a small delay answering questions in between staff change everything went to plan on the day and the staff attending the funeral were extremely good. Thank you

Great service from staff. Respectful and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was organised to perfection. We used the chapel at Rosebank for the service which was lovely.
