At such a delicate and emotional time the service provided was more than expected, from the first point of contact the level of communication and support throughout was very much appreciated. Lauren at the Musselburgh branch ensured we were kept up to date with all proceeds, to ensure mum was well looked after. The team on the day of the funeral were caring, friendly and respectful which in turn made a hard situation a bit more bearable.

The whole family would like to thank you all especially Anne for all your help and support, when organising our Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend you and would not hesitate to use your services again, but hope it's not too soon
