The whole process has been very caring, efficient and empathetic. The team have take time to check we are ok and talk things through. Even though we had opted for simple direct cremation they made everything kind, human and compassionate.

We received excellent care and attention from Tracy, thank you. However, we were extremely disappointed that there is a £5 fee charged to view the deceased. It is only the one £5 fee no matter how many times you wish to view. I realise that £5 is a really insignificant amount but this makes it feel like they are taking advantage, as nobody is going to refuse to pay this. It is a shame this somewhat took away from the excellent service provided by Tracy.
