Very kind and willing to help in such a difficult situation.

Dad and I were extremely happy with how the arrangements were made. Jackie from the Scunthorpe branch was very efficient and very caring and compassionate though out the entire process. Anything we as a family needed or wasn't sure of how to do things she was very helpful. The day of my Mums funeral Jackie delivered excellent service for us as a family.
Im sure if we ever have to sort a funeral we would use your services. And if Jackie still works for Scunthorpe branch we would like her yo sort things out.

We used Kettles to arrange my Father's cremation, and from the first appointment, we were treated with care and compassion, but also made to feel relaxed and comfortable, by Clare. The whole process was arranged and made perfect for saying goodbye to my Father. A lovely personal memorial In their Chapel of rest for our close family as we had arranged. We would like to thank everyone at Kettles for all they did to make such a difficult time so perfect.
