From calling the team on a cold rainy Sunday morning to come care for Mum who died in my home, to the last call about her ashes being back at South Elmsall, from the team bringing her home for one last night before her funeral and supporting the men of my family carry her at her funeral , I can only describe every interaction as the most compassionate and caring and ultimately professional CARE of my mum and my family! Anita in particular, she cared for us when my dad died, she comforted me and guided me gently and compassionately now my mums died . This is the care you need during a devastating life event , these wonderful humans are who you need I’m forever grateful
