My family had Kieron and Lisa dealing with my mums funeral which was on the 21st Oct. We met Kieron to arrange her funeral and he was brilliant. He sorted the date the same day and kept me informed the whole way. We spoke to Lisa about the flowers and they turned out to be so lovely. Both of them were there when we visited mum in the Chapel of Rest and they made a difficult visit also a nice visit. Very professional and on the funeral day it was a lovely send off for my mum. Both Lisa and Kieron were there. The whole funeral process has been made a nice one by TW Birks. Well done 👏
