Egrette Rudder arranged our mother’s funeral from start to finish with such sensitivity, kindness and professionalism. At what was an incredibly sad and difficult time for our family, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made everything feel calm, thoughtful and beautifully organised.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we were extremely grateful for the care and attention she gave to every detail.
We would also like to mention Daniel, the Funeral Director on the day, who was simply first class. He conducted everything with great dignity, warmth and professionalism and helped make the day as special and seamless as we could possibly have hoped.
We cannot thank Egrette, Daniel and the whole team enough for the compassion and support they showed our family.
