From the moment we phoned to book an appointment, to after the funeral, all we can say as a family is that Rachel (and all at R Davies Bishopsworth) went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Every little gesture and detail. Even follow ups with checking on us that we were doing ok. You never think of leaving a funeral director a review, but in this instance, it goes without saying. They weren’t just compassionate, understanding and professional throughout. They genuinely cared. And that meant so much to us. Rachel, we honestly couldn’t have made it through that journey without your support. For such a difficult job to have, you are a true credit to the service.
