Really professional and lovely family run business that makes the service feel reverent and complete.

A funeral is not the kind of thing you want to have to book, but if one is required, I would really recommend them.

They took time to listen and help me arrange things, at a very difficult time, and I much appreciated their attention and care for my mum

The venue that they used for the cremation was a beautiful nature reserve and felt like a lovely place to say good bye surrounded by the birds, animals and a small pich, and they even have tea and coffee for guests..

Loosing my Mum was the worst thing in my life but seeing Tom & Karen with her was very comforting, they were so respectful to my Aunt and I and to my mum especially. I knew they would look after her well. They were also very supportive of me. My mum had chosen an unattended cremation but they went above and beyond putting things in with her I gave them.

I also have a funeral plan with them when my time comes and I know I will be in safe hands too. Thanks to everyone at John Pagan & Sons.
