Sometimes in life you come across, companies that go the extra mile, and my experience over the past week has proved that Frank Stephenson & Son goes beyond customer care and service.

Ian guided me every step of the way ,when probably your not at your best.

I would never use another funeral director. This is the third time we have used Stephenson’s and they always exceed expectations. Paul and the team spent a lot of time and effort making sure everything went just how we wanted. They even contacted the care home and arranged for our uncle’s favourite carers to stand outside and show their respects as we made our way to the crematorium. This was unexpected and a very thoughtful touch. We wholeheartedly recommend this funeral home. Thanks to everyone at Frank Stephenson’s for your kindness and professionalism.
