I booked my husband’s cremation several years ago when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, at his request. I picked Titford Funeral services in Old Road Clacton. Because I knew what my husband wanted and with guidance from staff at the time it was done.

When Gordon passed away recently having his funeral booked and paid for made everything much easier. No decisions to make at such a sad time, it had all been sorted. The young lady at Titford called Carlene was so helpful, she guided me through what was about to happen, kept me up dated all the time. Any question I had was answered with kindness and care.

all staff I came into contact with were professional and caring and I would highly recommend Titford in Old Road Clacton.

Titford Funeral Directors were caring, efficient and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. From the initial contact with Carleen and the organisation of everything on the day being mainly down to Denver, everything went very smoothly and according to plan. Scott, the Funeral Director was very respectful and charming also. Living more than 100 miles from Clacton, we felt very comfortable with organising things from afar and only visited Titfords once, to make the initial arrangements. I would highly recommend them.

The service we received was fantastic from start to finish. They were kind and helpful and we felt well supported throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we are very grateful to them for making something very difficult a positive experience.
