The Hadleigh team made the whole process so much easier to manage. At the initial meeting they were helpful and attentive and answered all of our questions, however odd. They were there at the end of the phone or email to answer all questions and queries. We were called prior to the service by the gentleman who was going to be there and again were asked if there was anything we needed.

We would highly recommend this company, nothing was too much trouble and mum having taken out a funeral plan with Dignity just made it even easier.

Thank you all for such an excellent service, mums send off was perfect.

Abbey Funeral Directors did a fantastic job with our mother’s funeral. They made the process painless, offered great advice and most importantly made us feel at ease with the funeral process. The flowers were stunning, The team on the day were excellent offering discrete support on what is obviously a difficult time.
