On our arrival Nikki was welcoming and sympathetic regarding Brenda's loss of her husband Raymond. She guided us through the funeral plan and the necessary decisions required.
In our opinion Nikki went above and beyond
She even visited Brenda's home and met her family enabling them to make final arrangements.
The service was carried out in a way Raymond would have approved,we would like to thank Nikki and all the team for their professionalism, kindness and empathy.
