Serving the Wigan area

Our funeral directors in Wigan work from four funeral homes across the town, among them Middleton & Wood, with one opposite Rosebridge High School. It is often the smallest things that bring the most comfort — a hymn they always sang, flowers cut from their own garden — and we'll make room for whatever you'd like to include. You'll sit down with us when you feel ready, tell us about the person you've lost, and go through each decision one at a time. Our Wigan funeral directors are experienced and know the town's churches, chapels and crematorium well. Speak to one of our funeral homes here and tell us what you have in mind.

Your local team can talk you through an attended funeral in Wigan or an unattended funeral in Wigan, and help you choose memorials in Wigan when you feel ready. You can also see all our funeral directors in Greater Manchester.

How much does a funeral cost?

The cost of a funeral depends on what you need. You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. We'll help you understand everything, so you can plan without any surprises.

There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. You can find out additional costs by looking at Additional Options Price Lists on each branch's webpage. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.

Your local funeral director will be able to talk you through your options and give you an idea of costs.
