Professional, friendly service from start to finish. They took care of everything. We were able to tell them exactly what we wanted and they delivered the most beautiful funeral for my dear wife.

I really cannot praise Alexander & Dry highly enough for how they handled an incredibly difficult time for me. From the very first to contact to the follow-up calls and messages, their professionalism and understanding of the situation was faultless. Everything was clearly explained to me at every step of the journey, including costs, and the result was a day which could not have gone any better. A very special mention to Ryan who I had the pleasure of working closely with and a big thank you to everybody else at Alexandra & Dry who I met personally, or spoke to on the phone, you are all a credit to the company.

I have a whole new respect for funeral directors after our experience with Alexander and Dry. Everyone we spoke to there was absolutely lovely. Their sensitivity when they came to collect dad at home was beautiful, we fully trusted that they were looking after dad while he was in their care and by the time we saw him off at the crematorium they felt like friends. They only knew dad after he'd died but it felt like they'd really taken the time to get to know him. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a very difficult time.
