Following the passing of my mother, I approached Moody’s of New Milton, following a recommendation, to help with the funeral arrangements. I found Hadrian so friendly and understanding. He guided me through the whole process, from beginning to end, with compassion and patience. I was arranging the funeral alone and had never had to do this before. I didn’t feel pressured at any time and would recommend their services to anyone going through this sad time.

Hadrian did an excellent job for my mother's recent funeral. He was very helpful with practical matters, and always polite and respectful in his manner, and sometimes introducing some helpful humour! It was a pleasure to deal with him and the funeral team.
