I would highly recommend Phillips Funeral directors. My mum died unexpectedly and I hadn’t thought at all about what to do. A friend recommended Phillips and I an so glad that she did. They came out the same day on a Sunday and were so caring and respectful. I met with Keri and she was really lovely and guided me through the whole process. I am very indecisive but she was so patient with me. We went backwards and forwards with me trying to decide about which photos to use in the order of service, but nothing was too much trouble. The whole team are so professional and I had many comments about how lovely everything went on the day and that my mum would be so proud. That is all I wanted and Phillips helped me get there. Thank you so much.

Phillips funeral services have just dealt with our mums funeral . From start to finish we have been treated with respect and dignity.

Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the team . We have been well advised and given every opportunity to do exactly what we wanted or what was requested .

My brother and I were made to feel at ease at every stage of what is a very difficult time for us and every family . On the day of the funeral nothing but nothing was too much trouble . Mum was well looked after as were we and all the family and mourners . The day I was dreading went off to perfection and all to plan just as we had hoped. Mum was laid to rest with dignity and in peace . Thank you so much Keri and all the team at Phillips in Harpenden .
