Professional, considerate, responsive, caring. Their funeral service was excellent from start to finish.

From start to finish finish Phillips provided a fantastic service.

From the two young ladies that came out at 2 O'Clock in the morning to collect Jeff from my home in Baldock, to Gary and the driver of our LImousine.; I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was an Arsenal fan and it became clear that it was lucky that he wasn't driving the hearse what with Jeff being a die hard Spurs supporter. Jeff would have been turning in his coffin!

Seriously, the service provided made what was a difficult day more bearable.

Phillips did the same for Alan, and my Dad many years ago and I would have no problem recommending them; they were superb on both occasions.

My wife and I have nothing but praise for the service provided by Phillips Funerals following the passing of my sister.

The period following such an event can be quite bewildering and stressful but from the outset the care, support and guidance provided by Jason Downing was outstanding. Painstakingly explained, all aspects of his company's part in the funeral arrangements were covered resulting in a very smooth and dignified service.

I have no hesitation in recommending

Phillips Funerals of St Albans to any others suffering bereavement.
