The cost of a funeral depends on what you need. We'll help you understand everything, so you can plan without any surprises.
Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. Tony at Downer & White has been wonderful throughout this whole process. He assisted us with all decisions we had to make, whilst at the same time making us feel at ease.
We were very pleased with the way mum's service was conducted, as pleased as one can be on such an occasion, from the time we left the house right up until the service was over.
