My father-in-law had a funeral plan, and after he passed away, we were offered Sears as one of the funeral directors. We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to use them.

From the beginning, they were understanding and helpful and always had plenty of time for us, which meant a lot. We had never planned a funeral before and it felt overwhelming, but we sat down for a chat and they guided us through everything.

The result was a lovely, personal service which did my father-in-law proud. On the day, everyone from Sears was attentive and supportive, which again made all the difference.

Thank you to everyone at Sears. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again and would highly recommend you.
