I honestly can’t recommend Blackburns Funeral Directors enough.
I contacted Kirsty at Blackburns for some help with some pet memorial jewellery, and from start to finish she was absolutely amazing. Kirsty was so kind, caring and understanding, especially knowing how emotional it is to lose a beloved pet.
The jewellery itself is beautiful and was done with so much care and attention to detail. It means so much to me to have something special to keep my pet close, and they did an incredible job.
Thank you so much for all your help and for treating something so personal with such genuine care. I’m so grateful and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a special way to remember their pet.

I can't speak highly enough about the service that my family and I received from Blackburn's. At an incredibly difficult time, they were compassionate, understanding and helpful beyond all measure. Our celebrant, Toni, really took the time to learn about my Mum and her life, and used this knowledge to write and deliver a beautiful speech that captured my Mum to a tee. All areas of the service we received, from Kirsty in the branch to Julie at the service, were exceptional and as a family we are all truly grateful.
