Compassionate staff, clear pricing, clean and welcoming environment. We had a really positive experience. A particular thank you to Kirsty for your support, professionalism and empathy. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I can't speak highly enough about the service that my family and I received from Blackburn's. At an incredibly difficult time, they were compassionate, understanding and helpful beyond all measure. Our celebrant, Toni, really took the time to learn about my Mum and her life, and used this knowledge to write and deliver a beautiful speech that captured my Mum to a tee. All areas of the service we received, from Kirsty in the branch to Julie at the service, were exceptional and as a family we are all truly grateful.

Blackburns were both professional and compassionate from the start. We particularly appreciated the extra effort they made to make sure we had the right songs to the right music.Thank you
