I can't speak highly enough about the service that my family and I received from Blackburn's. At an incredibly difficult time, they were compassionate, understanding and helpful beyond all measure. Our celebrant, Toni, really took the time to learn about my Mum and her life, and used this knowledge to write and deliver a beautiful speech that captured my Mum to a tee. All areas of the service we received, from Kirsty in the branch to Julie at the service, were exceptional and as a family we are all truly grateful.
