Everyone at E B Cavell Funeral Directors were so caring and patient. We were supported throughout the whole process and everything was explained clearly and with genuine sympathy. The service was excellent and the return of the ashes was carried out with dignity.

Everyone we dealt with were extremely professional but very caring and calm , guiding us through the whole experience .

It is a very daunting time loosing a loved one and all the preparations seem over whelming but the staff who looked after us were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

Making the arrangements so much easier to deal with.

Thank you so much to those of you that helped us at this sad time.

The I and all the family family are very grateful.
