My husband died recently and he had a funeral plan with Hambrook and John's in Hythe. From the first phone call to the last contact I had with them they were so caring. They gently and efficiently took me through the whole process. I felt totally cared for and supported by them before, during and after his funeral. They put in place everything I asked for. I found the whole process very professional. I would recommend them in the highest terms possible. I have now bought my own funeral plan with them so when the day comes my children will be looked after the same way. It's incredibly hard to lose your loved one but at least they remove the worry of the funeral. They also suggested a florist and the flowers I ordered were superb and very reasonably priced for the quality, they lifted the sadness of following him to the crematorium. I would like to mention Lynsey, Mel, and Carol (who wore a Chelsea FC badge -Clive's football team) who were superb. Thanks to everyone who cared for me, my husband and our family so well.

Everyone at hambrook and John's we're so understanding and kind. They made what was a hard time so much easier, we had no stress or worries, they dealt with absolutely everything and their reassurance was much needed. Highly professional and I was always able to contact them with any questions. They made the day of my mother's funeral one that she would have been proud of. They also put us in touch with Mr Eric harmer a celebrant who was absolutely superb. Everyone was so lovely.

My sincere thanks from myself and my family.

Absolutely brilliant service provided by all the staff involved. Although Hambrook and Johns must deal with many funerals throughout the year they made us feel like ours was important. A sincere thanks to all involved.
