I honestly cannot thank Mel at T S Hollock & Son Funeral Directors in Longfield enough for everything she has done for me during two of the hardest times of my life.
From the very beginning, Mel was absolutely wonderful. She showed me such compassion, kindness and understanding, and supported me through two funerals with the utmost professionalism and care. At a time when I was dealing with so much heartache, she was there to guide me, reassure me and make an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier.
Mel is truly a credit to the funeral profession. She has a very special way of making you feel supported and cared for when you need it most. Her compassion went far beyond simply doing her job, and I will always be grateful for the comfort and support she gave me when I needed it more than words can say.

Melanie at Horlocks proved to be exactly the person we needed to help plan, organise and deliver my brother's funeral: from the moment we arrived at the funeral parlour to her aftercare following the day itself.
