I would like to highly recommend Francis Chappell & Sons (Sevenoaks) who arranged my father's funeral this month.

The customer service was faultless from

Karen who made all the arrangements liasing with the church for a Requiem Mass and a Committal Service at the Crematorium and the Order of Services together with Jack the Funeral Director on the day .

We chose Francis Chappell because we had previously used their services 12 years ago for my mum.

Karen, I found so easy to talk to and explain what we wanted. She provided helpful suggestions and was totally professional and empathetic at all times. Karen made sure she was available at all times to answer any queries on the phone or by email. Nothing was too much, so we felt comfortable to ask anything we were unsure of.

The day before the funeral Jack visited to talk through timing of the Requiem Mass to the Committal Service. Jack was professional and respectful at all times and made sure we were happy and understood the arrangements.

On the day of the funeral Jack was on hand overseeing and organising the day making sure it went smoothly. He kept us up to date of what was happening.

I feel the cost is very reasonable and the attention and professionalism of all the staff exemplary. Thank you .
