Horlock took brilliant care of my mum from the minute they took her into their care.Ross and the team had great respect and understanding of how we wanted mum to be looked after. On the funeral day they made sure everything was done at our pace while ensuring the church and crematorium service was seamless.
The team made a very difficult sad day bearable for the family and graceful and respectful for mum.
Thank you Horlock team 🙏

We used TS Horlock for my father's funeral in August, transporting him from a care home in Bristol back to his hometown of Gravesend.
Ross was very supportive in helping me put all the arrangements in place from Bristol. We completed all the paperwork remotely and finalised everything over the phone.
Ross was kind, compassionate and reassuring. We really appreciated his suggestion of paging past the house in Northfleet where my father was born - a touching personal moment which set the tone for the day.
Richard and the team were impeccable and Richard guided us through the funeral with courtesy and discretion which we were very grateful for.
We would absolutely recommend Ross and the team at T S Horlocks.

Ross was quietly supportive, unsurprised and happy to answer all requests.
Mum’s funeral was everything she would have wished.
The team who came for mum in the middle of the night, after a long wait for the doctor to supply us with a death certificate, were extremely professional and again quietly supportive.
Although Ross was on annual leave on the date of the funeral, Sonny took us through the day seamlessly.
Thank you to all at Dignity
