The team in Morecambe took my dad into their care. From our very first contact, James was so empathetic and made us feel in safe and loving hands. Everything was made simple and clear for us while they helped to plan our special goodbye for dad. Nothing was too much trouble. They recommended a celebrant who was perfect. Dad was treated with such deep respect, especially in the Chapel of Rest. Alex, funeral director, on the day of dad’s cremation, managed all elements perfectly - beautiful and dignified. All the team who dealt with us went way beyond my expectations. Thank you all.
