As a family we were very happy and impressed with the funeral team that dealt with my mum, nothing was too much trouble, and I personally felt like she was in good hands and being treated with utmost dignity every step of the way.

I did mums makeup and hair, I had cups of tea , aswell.

The funeral went as well as it could possibly have gone , and the after care was there, Macheala has rang to see how we are especially my dad , and she will help to order some jewellery we want . The family have been treated with support and dignity .

Supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and exactly what we needed when going through the traumatic experience we were having. Kelsey was amazing and went over and above to help us at every stage of the process. We knew our loved one was very well cared for and appreciate the professional service.

Highly recommended. From the outset Norma level of customer service was amazing. From the initial phone call she took care of us to guide us through the process, regularly checking in to ensure the whole family were ok. On the day Lee led his team with professional precision ensuring we arriving in perfect time for Mos farewell (not too early but not too late) .

The experience received from team showed compassion and professionalism throughout to provide comfort that our loved one was being looked after right to her final moments on earth. Thank you
