TH Sanders we the Funeral Directors for my late husband's funeral in Feb 26. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them as from the first meeting I had at their office in Barnes, SW London, Luke Power, the Funeral Arranger, Memorial and Funeral Plan Consultant in the Barnes office in SW London, made a process that no client is really prepared for, a smooth process from day 1 through to the day of my husband's funeral. I was dealing with some unexpected personal challenges at the time and Luke was so patient, understanding, kind and thoughtful. I would pop in to his office and ask endless questions; his advice was, above all, helpful and he always made time for me. He also took the time to explain all of the costs involved and did not put me under any pressure to spend more than I felt was appropriate on any aspect of the arrangements. If ever there is a time when high grade 'people skills' are required its is in the planning of a funeral. Luke has those skills in abundance – he is a fine example of the right man for the job.

Luke was also most helpful in arranging for me to take a friend of my husband's to visit him in a chapel at the TH Sanders site in Kingston where my husband was reposing between his death and the funeral. I am most grateful to Luke and the TH Sanders team for their kindness and professionalism throughout; Luke in particular.
