Obviously the loss of a loved one is devastating and it’s difficult to comprehend and process all that needs doing, much less managing the grief. I walked into the Clapton branch and from the first meeting with Deirdre to the day of the funeral the care and service was truly exceptional and will always be appreciated. Deirdre was sensitive, knowledgeable and so open to all the questions and musings one navigates at such a time. I could not have gone through all this with the committed work of Deidre and the systems in place at G R Moss. On the day of the funeral the team were respectful, professions and supportive . Also there were a couple of extra touches I did not expect and they warmed my heart so much. Thank you Deirdre, you supported me so professionally throughout and even managed to give me giggles and moments of joy during what has been a difficult time. Highly recommended if ever this sad life event happens to one of your loved ones.
