Following recommendations from friends and having used the directors in the past for my neighbour's funerals, I made the decision to use W. English in Clapton for my mother's funeral. Deirdre from the onset was excellent, very compassionate and understanding. She was a great source of support throughout and we had regular contact with regards to funeral arrangements, so we did not have to worry. The order of service booklets were beautiful and little details added, were very reflective of my mum.

She was very professional and respectable and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, final arrangements were then taken over by the team at the Walthamstow branch. Again the team, Selina, Tracy and Rob made the transition seamless and provided excellent, professional and compassionate service.

The little touches, were greatly appreciated and will be remembered. The offer of hearts to place in mum's coffin and one to take away, was a great source of comfort and a memorable keepsake that I will treasure forever.

I would highly recommend to anyone, who may require your service.

Thank you all for treating my family and my mum, with such immense dignity and respect.
