Very professional, kind and personal. We did not feel rushed in our decision making and felt well looked after. Nothing was ever any trouble, and the team made an effort to accommodate requests.

Monica and the team were fantastic in the service they provided from beginning to end. Professional, friendly, compassionate, extremely helpful in every detail, and easy to communicate with. I took out a prepaid funeral plan on behalf of a very elderly friend for whom I had power of attorney. Monica advised me on this process and carefully set up the plan with my input, having this in place provided a big relief and greatly eased the stress of dealing with his funeral when the time came just six months later. Monica and the team managed every aspect of the funeral with dignity, respect, and loving care for the smallest of details, and the service was a wonderfully moving celebration of my old friend's life. I would highly recommend Monica and the team at J H Kenyon in Bayswater, and give special heartfelt thanks to Monica for all her support, Brian who led the funeral service on the day, and Douglas who was the celebrant recommended for the occasion by Monica.

Monica provided excellent service and comfort during a difficult time. She was able to assist me overseas with matters such as the coroner, cremation, burial, and gravestones.
