I can only echo the comments below. My situation wasn’t so serious – I was looking to arrange a funeral plan for myself– and Monica was outstanding at that as well. Her manner and processing was so human, like discussing everything with a friend or acquaintance rather than a functionary. She was still professional and effective but human with it. My plan is now set up and I feel fully confident in the outcome.

Monica and her team gave my Father the best funeral, everything from start to finish was perfect, so much care and consideration was given to my family and I

Thank you Monica for everything

Monica was kind, compassionate and patient throughout this extremely challenging time for my family and I. No request was ever too much to ask. Funeral director, Ben and his team ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. They remained calm, focused and professional the whole time. I was particularly impressed with the attention paid to the finest details. Ben, you never missed a beat! We cannot thank you all enough at J.H Kenyon your hard work and dedication. This was our second time using your services and we would definitely recommend you again. Thank you very much!

Charlene and family.
