How could you? How could you lose our beautiful beloved Mum for over a week? How could Nebeela tell us false information about Mum's whereabouts when you didn't actually know where she was? Bare faced lies! We were reliably told that Mum was at your storage in North Kensington? That's even where the drivers whom collected Mum said they were going to. Our funeral directors went to collect Mum and were told she wasn't there?! It took a further 4 days to find out that Mum had been dumped in a storage facility in Orpington, Kent! Is this how you operate? With dignity and care? You are the WORST funeral directors EVER! You have the incompetence to not only lose our Mum, but then to lie about it and further delay religious funeral rites is disrespectful and shameful! You have made a sad period in our family stressful and misplaced our trust in you. No apology from you just shows how monstrous you are! DO NOT USE

Nabeela was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A perfect lady for a difficult job that requires compassion, empathy and understanding of her clients needs. She was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kenyon’s in High Street Kensington. Flávio At Mortlake Crematorium was kind, gentle and understanding. Both treasures

All the family were extremely pleased to have had the kind support and efficient attention of Nabeela at the Kensington office for our double funeral and every aspect from the start, to the service and laying to rest. Can recommend them highly for their sensitive and efficient help, at a difficult time.
