The Directors who provided my son's memorial service with dignity and care, where no other Directors could. Attention to detail was taken and I was told how things were progressing. Months of work cost less than I had expected and happy with the results. Thank you, Julie M. and Nicole - Frances Chappell & Sons

Francis Chappell provided an excellent service for mum. Tracey was so helpful, kind and efficient throughout the whole process which took a lot of the worry and stress off of our family. The staff on the day were very good too, paying particular attention to my dad to make sure he was comfortable with the proceedings. The cost was less than I was expecting too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
