The lady we saw called Jayne was exceptionally kind, sensitive and helpful. At the same time, she was very organised and professional. I am very glad that we had her, to help us sort out everything, at such an upsetting time in our lives.

Jayne's smile of welcome as we entered the funeral directors in Maghull was just what we needed.

She made us feel special, she understood our feelings and she made us laugh too... the best medicine.

Her attention to every detail was performed with sincerity, care and patience.

She also welcomed our dog Bryn to the parlour and found out whether our other family dogs could attend Derek's funeral.

We have thanked her personally but would like the directors of Dignity to know that Jayne is perfect for the job she performs and we wish her continued success in her career as we understand she has not been with Thompsons for very long.

Thank you, most sincerely AGAIN Jayne!
