Dee is an absolute treasure and we're all extremely grateful for her. We were able to arrange Mum's funeral in a short time, with everything we asked for and a few things we might never have considered. Dee made things easy at a difficult time without any hard selling or pressure. Her compassion is clear and she gives great hugs! Praise also goes to Caroline and her team who were brilliant support on the day. We couldn't have asked for more and pass on our total appreciation to all the team.
