Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. From the moment we met Amy, we were reassured everything would be handled sympathetically and with sensitivity. She kept us well informed of all the details pertaining to the arrangements and followed up with a curtesy call after the funeral service.
The staff who looked after us on the day were very polite, respectful and professional.

When we lost our dear mum in December 2022 she had already had a funeral plan arranged . Amy contacted us from Fs Smith a couple of hours later to arrange a date and time to visit her in Staines in her office . We found her very caring and helpful with great empathy . She showed mums plan to us and continued to organise everything .
Making the process so much easier to deal with ,nothing too much trouble ,we are very grateful for so much care .
