Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. I contacted Potts to make arrangements for the funeral of my husband and I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful treatment and service I received. Sandra swept into action and did a wonderful job of leading me through all the steps and fulfilling all my requests regarding music, celebrant, photos etc, and all with a friendly but respectful and professional manner. I particularily appreciated her achieving a fairly quick funeral date and also her keeping in touch before and sfter the event. Several of the people attending the cremation commented on how respectful the staff attending were, and the lovely John our driver was so calm and helpful. My sincere thanks to all at Potts for making a sad, difficult time go so smoothly.
