From the very first conversation, the team at Goods of Harrogate showed genuine compassion and care. Maria was exceptional throughout – her warmth, patience, and genuine kindness and support made a very difficult time so much easier.
The celebrant, Caroline, was a huge source of strength and support for me personally. She guided me with kindness and sensitivity, and her words on the day captured my dad perfectly.
Every part of the process was handled impeccably. Nothing was too much trouble, and the service itself was beautiful – a true reflection of the man we were there to honour.

From beginning to end my experience at Good’s of Harrogate has been exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their care, and support at a difficult time has been invaluable. Situated at the heart of the community the office location has meant that I have been able to drop in whenever I have needed to. This is the first funeral I have organised and Richard, Maria and Trish made it a surprisingly easy and comfortable experience. Thank you Good’s of Harrogate.
