Ann at the Mansfield office was a total treasure. Her care, compassion and professionalism deserve the upmost praise. The funeral was perfect

Rated 5/5

Ann and her colleagues were so kind and caring and respectful when my wife, Jan and her sister, Liz went to arrange my father-in-laws cremation. Nothing was too much trouble and they had no doubt that he would be lovingly taken care of. Ann chatted with them and put them totally at ease, helped them choose exactly what they wanted. It was a great comfort for them both. Such a lovely manner from all the staff. Wonderful.
