Erica and the team at Oliver & James in Botley delivered an exceptional service for both my mum and my dad.
My Mum was cremated when the branch was just taken over by Oliver & James. The process was as easy as it could be. More recently, we chose Oliver & James again when my dad sadly passed. No matter who I spoke to, every member of staff was patient and kind towards me and my family, no matter how many questions we had. My dad's service was more complicated in comparison to my mum's, as my dad wished to be buried at our local church, but Erica handled everything. Even with all of the complexities, Erica took care of everything.
I plan to continue using the services of Oliver and James for the temporary grave marker and the final headstone when that time comes.
